No, parents or guardians who aren’t swimming do not need to pay for open swim. However, if your child is under 14, we do require you to stay and supervise them during their visit. 

Yes. The $10 fee applies to all swimmers, regardless of age.

Yes, the 50-person guest limit includes everyone in the venue, even if they’re not swimming. This helps us keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone. So parents, grandparents, and anyone who stays to watch would be counted in that total. If someone just stops by briefly to drop something off or say a quick hello, that’s usually fine. But in most cases, anyone who stays for the party will be counted toward the 50-person total. Additional guests are $10 each.

Our schedule is designed to allow multiple parties throughout the day while still keeping each group’s experience private and exclusive.

For example, if your party begins at 9:00 a.m., you’ll have private use of the pool from 9:00–10:45 a.m.. At 10:45 a.m., your group will move into your private party room to enjoy food, treats, or games. Meanwhile, the next group enters their private room at 11:00 a.m. and then has pool time from 11:00–12:45 p.m.

This rotation allows us to host several groups per day while ensuring that every party enjoys full privacy during both their pool and party room times.

Absolutely! If you’re booking the first or last party of the day, you can enjoy even more fun by arriving early or staying later. Extra time can be added for just $50 per half hour.

The 7:00 PM party is the last one of the day, making it a great choice if you’d like a more relaxed pace or want to add extra swim time without another group scheduled after you.

For larger celebrations, some groups choose to reserve two party slots, giving them 3 hours and 45 minutes of swim time and access to both private party rooms — perfect for big groups or extra-special events!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring floaties, balls, or other pool toys, as long as they are clean. Please note that regulation or hard footballs/balls are not allowed. We also provide a variety of balls for everyone to enjoy!

Yes, swim diapers are required for little ones who aren’t fully potty trained. You can bring your own or purchase one from us for $3.

Lap swim is designed to fit your schedule and your pace! You can join for $45 per month for unlimited access or $5 per visit. Swimmers are welcome anytime during lap swim hours on a first-come, first-served basis.

During lap swim, you’ll have access not only to the pool, but also the spa and sauna, making it easy to swim, unwind, and recharge. We simply ask that everyone be courteous to fellow swimmers and, during busier times, take turns so everyone can enjoy the water.

Swimmers can store personal items in the changing rooms, on the shelves in the party room, or on the hooks and shelving available in the pool area.

Yes! As a courtesy, you may arrive 10–15 minutes early to bring in decorations or food. We have a fridge and microwave available if needed.

Decorations are welcome, but please ensure that all tape or adhesives are removed after your party. We also have beautiful whiskey barrels with 4x4 posts and lights, perfect for tying up decorations and adding a festive touch.

We take pride in our new building, so we appreciate your help keeping it looking great — please clean up all decorations and be careful that food, like cupcakes or pizza, doesn’t end up on the floor.

For safety, there are no electrical outlets in the pool area, so please leave fans, disco balls, and other plug-in items at home. But feel free to bring a Bluetooth speaker to add some fun tunes to your party!

We do not offer refunds once a reservation is booked. If a party is scheduled far enough in advance and canceled early enough that we’re able to rebook the time slot, we may be able to offer a date change. However, cancellations made within a couple of weeks of the party date are not eligible for changes.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if something unexpected comes up — but reschedules are not guaranteed. To avoid any issues, we recommend getting a firm commitment from your group before booking.
